Jieun Han specializes in product & service innovation, with extensive experience leading multidisciplinary research powered by emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual and Extended Reality (VR/XR), robotics, and autonomous systems. Her work bridges human-centered design principles with advanced technological capabilities to create immersive, intuitive, and impactful user experiences. Over the past decade, she spearheaded projects funded by major industry partners and national research programs, focusing on customer experience evaluation, intelligent servicescape, and XR-based service interaction models. Nowadays, she aims to expand her capacity to integrate innovation strategy with technology commercialization, ultimately contributing to the development of sustainable, user-focused solutions in future H-AI (Human-AI) service ecosystems.
